During quarantine, at around 11am, Lele worked out "with my trainer Diana Maux. And we do it every morning. We try not to do it at nighttime. I usually don't do exercises, but right now in quarantine, there's nothing else to do, but eat. I'm doing like" glute "exercises. I'm doing a lot of squats. I'm running, I'm doing pushups, working on abs. I'm doing also like cellulite removal. Like she does like massages on my cellulite right here. Because I have a lot of cellulite," she told Vanity Fair.
If she had her way, "I would always eat pasta, Milanese, pasta, pasta, pasta, pizza. I'm so Italian, my God pasta with Coca-Cola every day. Now everybody like my trainer took everything out of my kitchen and my freezer. And now everything I eat is somehow healthy. There's just water and lemonade. Everything is protein. Everything has no sugar. It's just fruits, everywhere, salads. So sad. I'm sorry. But it's hard. I feel amazing. But I feel like I want sugar," she told Vanity Fair.
"At 10:00 AM, 10:30, I'll take Toby on a walk," she said of her dog. "Dogs are high-energy companions, love to play and need exercise. "OCD is more like you're obsessed with something. It can be rituals. It can be like numbers. It can be anything, but it takes over…My OCD is thoughts. Very, very powerful thoughts that make me do stuff that I don't wanna do," says Pons. "When I was little, my OCD was I had to put a pillow in my head. I had to be at least one minute without breathing. And if I made it, I was gonna be happy," she revealed. Given that she if often bullied on the Internet, she says, "Am I scared to tell people? Yes. Am I scared of what they might say? Yes, but am I embarrassed? No. I suffer from OCD, Tourette's, ADHD, and depression. I have OCD. The OCD doesn't leave you in times that I'm sad in times that I I'm going through stuff, OCD is there. Iit's just really hard because there's triggers. And in OCD, if you are triggered, let's just say to do something, you have to do it."
