Singer Leona Lewis is currently expecting her first child. She made time in her busy schedule to spend time in the sun. Lewis took a trip to the lake this week, and just posted a stunning new photo on Instagram. She posed in front of the water in a green bathing suit and wrap. Lewis captioned the photo, "Lake break." Lewis broke down her daily diet to People. She says that she likes to eat all-natural food, and that it makes up most of her diet. "Consuming what's grown naturally has to be good for you," she says. "I try to base most of my food choices on that principle."

Lewis tells People that she mostly eats healthy. However, she says that she doesn't go on a restrictive diets. Lewis says that she indulges from time to time, and believes in balance. "I have a major sweet tooth and try not to restrict myself too much," she says. 

Lewis makes sure to exercise on a regular basis. She tells Women's Health that she works out four times a week, and likes to do a variety of different things. "I do four hour-long workouts per week," she said. "Everything from SoulCycle to hiking with my dog."

Lewis tells Women's Health that staying hydrated is a big part of her wellness routine. "I try to drink plenty of water every day. I always have a bottle with me. It flushes out toxins and keeps my skin clear."

Lewis broke down some of her favorite meals and foods to Women's Health. She says that she is a vegetarian, and has been so since she was young. "I grew up in a vegan household, so vegetarianism was a natural choice for me," Lewis said. "I opt for superfood salads and Vietnamese soups.
