In a revealing interview with Platinum Magazine, Snowdon revealed that she has finally found acceptance in herself after a long 30-year journey. "This is hard work that I've done on myself for a long time and I'm just finally getting to an age where I've got some self-acceptance and I'm feeling at peace, no longer angry and letting go of a lot of that hurt, anger and pain that you bury when you're younger."

Snowdon is open about her mental health struggles, and is also open about the treatment and help she has seeked out. She told Platinum Magazine, "It's been a journey for the last 30 years — different therapies, different treatments, different wellness retreats, different meditation." Snowdon also took a trip to Thailand to spend time at a wellness retreat. 

Snowdon revealed some of her health and wellness secrets and tips to Getthegloss.com. She says that one of her favorite ways to stay active is by practicing Pilates. "I like to do a Pilates class on a Saturday morning. There's a great place near me called Zero Gravity Pilates. It's reformer Pilates, which is so good for your core. It really elongates your muscles and you feel really strong."

Snowdon says to Getthegloss.com that she also likes to take walks with her fiance, George Smart, and that they will usually go out after her Pilates classes. Snowdon says of her fiance, "He's not that into exercise, but he's great at going for long walks."

Snowdon tells Getthegloss.com that she tries to avoid temptation when it comes to her diet, especially the craft service tables at her work. She says that she has come up with tricks to avoid temptation, by bringing healthy options to snack on. "I usually take some almonds and berries with me to This Morning. I'll mix them with a bit of yoghurt and sprinkle some milled linseed on top with a bit of bee pollen. I need to be prepared with snacks in my bag so I don't get tempted by all the toast and pastries they have on set."
