Lourdes believes that looking great on the outside is in inside job. "I am very healthy, I am happy and that helps me a lot. You have harmony, you exercise and you are healthy," she told Playboy a few years ago.
Lourdes told Playboy that she refuses to go on "extravagent diets" but instead focuses on eating clean.
