In an interview with Health Magazine, Lambert opened up about her approach to fitness and diet. She says that she doesn't like to have a strict plan and goes with the flow. "I don't have any rhyme or reason to my fitness routine or dieting. I've been on every diet. Every time I did low-carb, I would gain [the weight] back so quickly. Sometimes I have a couple weeks where I just drink beer and eat cheeseburgers. And then I'll go, 'That was fun, but my stuff doesn't fit.' Then I'll spend a month doing Pilates or riding a lot and running."

Lambert is all about being comfortable with herself, especially when it comes to her weight and body. "It's so good to find your place," she said to Health. "I don't like being onstage worrying about my body. That's the last thing I want to be thinking about. Lambert has had to deal with rumors and comments on her life. She told Us Weekly in 2013 that she likes to get ahead of all this. "My fans expect me to lay it all out! I've always been happy with myself. But when I hit 30, I thought, It's not going to get easier. So I chose to get ahead of it. There's still nothing I love more than a bag of Cheetos, though!"

Lambert shared some of her go-to products for her Vegas residency in an interview with E! News. She says that she makes sure to take care of her skin, especially when she's on stage. "I like to use sunscreen under my makeup because I feel like the UV lights can be harsh on your skin, so I wear sunscreen all the time. That's my go-to beauty product in general. I also use tons of moisturizer, especially in Vegas. I love the True Botanicals face oil."

Lambert is open about her life and career in the music business. She told Songwriting Magazine that she is all about being true to herself when it comes to her music. "Authenticity is the most important thing in this business. No matter where you're from, where you grew up or what you stand for, I feel like it should show in your music, because that's your roots. Country music obviously has a stronger opinion on that, for sure, but I like to believe people."
