Neha Dhupia is a successful model and actress. She won Miss India in 2002, and competed at Miss Universe the following year. She hosted the podcast #NoFilterNeha, where she interviewed celebrities. Dhupia has also appeared in films like, Devi, Sanak, and A Thursday. Dhupia recently shared some photos on Instagram of herself and one of her kids doing yoga together. Dhupia makes sure to eat healthy. She shared her diet in an interview with Vogue. "I wake up to warm water with apple cider vinegar and cayenne pepper, which is great for a metabolic boost, followed by a breakfast of eggs and toast or oats in water. My weakness is tea; I'm a huge tea drinker (which is acidic), so I try and stick to an alkaline diet as much as possible—for this, I've cut out alcohol, aerated drinks and processed food. Mid-morning, I have a portion of beetroot if I'm home or a banana or apple if I'm traveling. Lunch is usually brown rice and veggies or roti, dal and vegetables. Early evening, I have tea with a fistful of dry fruits, and dinner is usually soup, a salad and a portion of protein, preferably fish."

As a way to de-stress, Dhupia loves to meditate. She also tells Vogue that meditation helps her feel and look better. "I meditate for 10 minutes in the morning and at night—it really makes a difference. It makes me feel good about my existence and that's what being beautiful is to me. I know it's a cliché, but, feeling good about myself works for me and it shows on my face."

Dhupia keeps her body and skin hydrated, especially when she travels. "I hydrate obsessively on flights," she said to Vogue. "On a short four-hour flight, I'll drink two litres of water and on a long-haul (say, 18-hour) flight, I end up drinking nine litres. I also spritz Kiehl's In-Flight Refreshing Face Mist on my face, reapply Burt's Bees Lip Balm often to stop my lips chapping and swipe on Lancôme Hypnôse Star Show-Stopping Volume Mascara just before I land."

Dhupia has amazing skin. She tells Vogue that she loves to have baths. "Once a week, I have a neem and milk bath. I steep neem leaves in two buckets of water. I pour one over myself followed by a jug of cold milk, and do a final rinse with the rest of the neem water. It makes my skin glisten. Post-shower, I use cold-pressed, virgin coconut oil as a body lotion. It moisturises and leaves my skin silky and glowing."

Dhupia loves to run to stay fit. She shared these photos on Instagram of herself out on a jog. Dhupia captioned it, "Went out for a run this morning after about 80 days… was a mixed bag of emotions somewhere between freedom and fear… freedom because i was outdoors and breathing in clean air and that too of a quality that I had never done in my city before , freedom caus I could feel the little drizzle 🌧 on my shoulders as my favourite music played in my ears , freedom because my feet were willing to take me on any route close to home till they got tired and freedom in a strange way because I had a mask 😷 on and kept a safe distance from everyone."
