Sarah Parker On Friday, November 18, 2022, at the age of 66, Eugene Alton Yentzer, II(Huey) of Port Allegany, Pennsylvania passed away in his home.
He is the son of Eugene Alton Yentzer and Arda DeNio Herbstritt and was born on November 29, 1955, in Coudersport.
Mr. Yentzer was a Vietnam War veteran who graduated from Austin Schools.
For a long time, Mr. Yentzer drove a truck for Campbell Trucking. He belonged to the American Legion’s Port Allegany, Frank Burt Post. In his spare time, he like to go fishing and hunting, hang out with his family, and take his dog, Gizmo, for long walks around town.
His father, Port Allegany resident Eugene Yentzer I, will miss him greatly. Jenny Yentzer from Coudersport, Pennsylvania, Dawn (Gary) Bacon from Austin, Pennsylvania, Holly Herbstritt from New Port, Tennessee, and Kim McClain from Johnson City, Tennessee; they are the four sisters.
Robert (Cheri) Yentzer, one brother, lives in Port Allegany, Pennsylvania.
An abundance of step-brothers, step-sisters, and nieces and nephews.
Both his mom and his nephew Eugene (Gump) Yentzer, III, had passed away before he did.
No visitors are allowed. There will be a memorial service at a later date and time.
