French professional footballer Olivier Jonathan Giroud was born on September 30, 1986. He plays club football for both the France national team and the Serie A powerhouse AC Milan in Italy. He is competing for France in the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup.
He continued to put on outstanding performances and goal-scoring displays that earned him the 2010 Ligue 2 Player of the Year and top goal scorer awards. Then, he attracted the attention of coaches and scouts all around the world. He transferred for a whopping €2 million to Montpellier.
