Ousmane Dieng is a French professional basketball player who has previously played for the New Zealand Breakers of the National Basketball League.

Ousmane Dieng was born on May 21, 2003, in Villeneuve-sur-Lot, France. He was raised in Lot-et-Garonne, where he spent most of his childhood. His father, Ababacar also played basketball.
