Bailey-Gayle made a total of four appearances for Arsenal before departing at the end of the 2018–19 season and joining Championship team Leicester City on June 24, 2019.

On September 29, she scored her first goal as a senior in a loss against Crystal Palace at home. Bailey-Gayle scored both goals as Chelsea defeated Reading 2-1 on February 20, 2020, in the FA Cup fifth round.
