Tiwari, 22, shared pictures of herself enjoying breakfast in the pool while wearing a blue one-piece swimsuit, looking out on a gorgeous ocean view. Tiwari works hard during her Pilates sessions with the help of a trainer. "When it comes to passion, dedication, staying focused and most importantly giving the best when it comes to fitness and exercise and we love those kinds of people," her Pilates instructor Praveen Nair captions a video. "Palak Tiwari you are diamond 💎 and we love teaching you and training you."
Tiwari keeps her breakfast light as she tends to workout right after eating. "I start with fruit because I wake up late and go to the gym immediately after, so I need some sustenance," she says. "So I take one banana. If I'm feeling fancy, I'll have some berries with honey and some dry fruits."
Tiwari enjoys a protein and healthy fat-packed lunch. "Lunch is mostly post-workout and if so it varies," she says. "If it's post-workout I'll have something very filling—I'll have two big multigrain bread toasted with avocado, and I'll have eggs with it. If it's not after a workout and I'm just chilling at home, I'll have something very light."
Tiwari enjoys pasta and bread for dinner. "Dinner is when I eat the most food," she says. "If it's after a workout I will eat two roti and paneer. If not I will just have a small bowl of cheese pasta—cheese because it's protein, not because I'm a cheater."
Tiwari is a vegetarian, and says her favorite plant-based food is avocado. "They're packed with good fats and fiber, which means they help you stay full longer," says Charlotte Roberts, a registered dietitian and certified diabetes educator with Cedars-Sinai. "They're also a great source of vitamins."
