Advanced SearchVivienne Patricia Scialfa is an American singer, songwriter, and a guitarist, who has been playing for the E Street Band since the 1980s. For her work with the band, she has been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Born in Deal, New Jersey, she began to write songs from a very early age. Though she used to submit original songs to various artists during her early years, unfortunately none of them were recorded. A few years after her graduation, she joined the E Street Band, shortly before their 'Born in the USA Tour'. She was also seen in the album 'Dirty Work' by the British rock band 'Rolling Stones'. She worked with English singer Keith Richards on his first solo album 'Talk is Cheapβ as well. In the early 1990s, she released her first solo album 'Rumble Doll', which consisted of twelve tracks.
