Rachel Maddow met Susan Mikula back in the year 1999. They have been together for more than two decades, still have a strong bond, and have openly talked about their love life in public. 

The couple had first gone out on a date to an event hosted by National Rifle Association. The program was called the “Ladies Day on the Range,” dedicated to all the women only.
