Price is Right's Manuela Arbeláez Shars Swimsuit Video "For Ya"
Sophia Aguilar Manuela Arbeláez is poking fun at herself – in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post, the Price Is Right beauty shares a video of herself in a swimming pool, looking amazing in a bathing suit. "What I think I look like coming out of the water," she wrote on the Instagram Reel. "What I really look like," she added, looking goofy as she emerged. She captioned it: "Here's another one for ya." Manuela is an F45 devotee, a HIIT style workout class, which she tries to take first thing in the morning. "Leaving here some permanent evidence of the 4am class I'll never shut up about," she wrote in a caption.
Manuela is a hiker. She often goes for hikes with her husband, Matthew. "Nature Pt 2 with my favorite hiking partner," she captioned a post. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:
- Building stronger muscles and bones
- Improving your sense of balance
- Improving your heart health
- Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems
Manuela does ab work at home. "A rare sighting of me not working out at F45// Abs and cardio blast. Here are some of my favorite moves! Save this for your next workout," she captioned a workout video, doing pull downs, sled pushes, push-ups, and crunches and planks on a an exercise ball,
Manuela also skis. "A weekend of many firsts. First time my dad seeing snow, first time Tilly skiing with us, my first time in Big Bear, and my first time taking down a few black diamond runs. What a fulfilling trip ❤️ heart is full and body is tired," she wrote about a recent ski trips.
Manuela plays tennis. "Takes tennis lessons, goes and buys all the tennis gear," she captioned a post. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.
