Ryan was born on January 15, 1989, in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia to his parents Peter Coor and his wife. Ryan’s father, Peter Corr, is the head coach of the Australian women’s goalball team, however, his wife occupation is not known.
Aside from the above information about Ryan’s parents, there is not much publicly known about them.
The 33-year-old began his acting career at the age of thirteen with the film Opraholic. His first television performance was on The Sleepover Club with a supporting role as Matthew McDougal.
Ryan starred in Neil Armfield’s romantic drama film “Holding the Man,” adapted from Timothy Conigrave’s 1995 memoir of the same name. He portrayed Timothy Conigrave opposite Craig Stott who portrayed John Caleo, with supporting performances from Guy Pearce, Anthony LaPaglia, Sarah Snook, Kerry Fox, and Geoffrey Rush.
