Sakshi Dwivedi is heating up the Maldives in her swimsuit. The Indian actress shows off her incredible curves in a white bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts, posing in front of the crystal clear ocean. Sakshi maintains a very healthy diet. "Think of your diet and food as important as your workout," she captioned a recent post. She tries to eat a lot of fruits and veggies as well as lean protein. However, she does have a guilty pleasure. "Muffins are my kinda thing," she revealed in a post. 

Sakshi enjoys riding bikes. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Sakshi is a coffee drinker. "Coffee and vanity," she captioned a post. Science continues to prove that drinking coffee is great for your health. In fact, a new 2022 study published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology found that drinking two to three cups a day of most types of coffee – especially a mild to moderate intake of ground, instant, and decaffeinated coffee – may protect you from cardiovascular disease and an early death. Researchers found "significant reductions" in the risk for coronary heart disease, congestive heart failure and stroke for all three types of coffee.

Sakshi loves going for walks – especially on the beach. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
