Tennis legend Serena Williams just posted a new video on Instagram, and she looks stunning in it. Williams poses in a blue and pink patterned top, with her signature curly hair down. Williams revealed to People that she used to suffer from migraines, mostly due to stress and her busy schedule, and that the COVID-19 pandemic made her realize she had to get help. "I think things that I'm not used to — because I don't usually do it 24/7 — like working on my venture fund and taking care of a child and doing my fashion company," she says, revealing that she just used to ignore them when they happened. Williams says that she is taking medicine for her migraines and is managing her stress a lot better now. "I have really good boundaries now, so I know when I'm supposed to do things and what I'm not supposed to do things. So I know when I play tennis, I know when I do my business. Migraine are attacks that I don't try to have."

The New Year is coming up, but you won't find Williams making any New Year's Resolutions, and she tells Vogue why. "I always say it's about the lifestyle, not a moment," she says. "After how long I've been around, [I've realized] it never really happens."

Williams' sister, Venus, is also a professional tennis player, and the two of them like to train together. Williams posted this video on Instagram of her and Venus working out together. They were seen doing squats, cardio workouts, and stretches.

Williams has to eat a healthy diet to help her stay in shape, and one of her secrets is eating plant based foods. She says to Women's Health, "I want to have a healthy lifestyle and, so you know, [I'm eating] a lot of greens and mostly plant-based lately, just super healthy stuff."

Williams tells Women's Health that she isn't a huge fan of pasta, but she eats it when she's training or preparing for a tournament. "The only time I eat pasta is when I'm playing or training. Usually, you'll never see me eating pasta otherwise. 'Cause I feel like I've had to eat it so much in my career. It's just like, I never want to see pasta again."
