Simone Biles, the Olympic gymnast, is on a tropical getaway. She just posted a new set of photos on Instagram. In them, she lounged on an outdoor staircase. Biles makes her mental health a priority. She notably bowed out of the 2021 Olympics, as she wasn't in the best place to compete. Biles explained her reasons for doing so in a statement. "I just think mental health is more prevalent in sports right now," she said. "We have to protect our minds and our bodies, and not just go out and do what the world wants us to do."

Biles broke down her diet to Women's Health. She mostly eats pretty healthy, however, she isn't afraid to indulge once in the while. She says that the weekends is her time to enjoy her favorite indulgences. Biles tells Women's Health that she doesn't believe in tracking her food and calories. She explained that she doesn't want to cause eating issues, which is why she just focuses on eating healthy. "I do not track anything. I eat what I feel good with and try not to overeat or stuff myself because I'm always at the gym. For gymnasts, in particular, [tracking] can lead to health problems and eating issues, so I just eat what I know I can and should."

Biles spends a lot of time outside. As you can see on her Instagram, Biles loves to spend time by the water. She has a lot of photos of herself at the beach, or at the pool. She posted this set of photos of herself posing in front of the waves, captioning it, "Living a bikini kind of life." Biles also posted this set of photos of herself and her fiance enjoying a boat ride. 

Biles has had to deal with a lot of criticism in her career. However, she says that she has learned to ignore the haters. She tells POPSugar that one of the reasons she's able to do so is by being proud of herself and what she's accomplished. "I'm proud of who I am inside and out. That's definitely helped me not think about it."
