Richie is prepping for her wedding to Elliot Grainge. Naturally, she wants to look good. She revealed some of her secrets on her Instagram. One thing Richie is doing is eating better. "Ok so I started a strict diet," she admits. "My wedding is in a few months so I wanted to get an early start on it."df44d9eab23ea271ddde7545ae2c09ec

In addition to eating healthy, Richie is also intermittent fasting. She opened up about her process on her Instagram. "I try my hardest to fast until 12pm (with the exception of coffee )," she says. "For lunch I have either a salad or a high protein meal," she explained. "I eat my dinner around 630 pm, which is the last meal before I go to bed ( no snacking )."

Richie eats healthy. However, she doesn't like to deprive herself. She shared on her Instagram story that she believes in eating a balanced diet. "I have high protein with tons of veggies," she says. "I try my hardest to avoid any carbs or sugar, but sometimes I give myself a little treat…You should do what feels best for your body. "Because I wake up every morning and I decide that I want to be girly or I want to be a tomboy, or I don't know like I'm all over the place. But for the most part, I'm comfortable. I think that's an important key factor to me."
