Sondra Theodore, an American actress and model, was born on December 12, 1956. For the month of July 1977, she was Playmate of the Month in Playboy magazine.  Ken Marcus captured a picture of her centrefold.

She was the first to integrate the Data Sheets that Playmates had been completing since 1959 in a Playmate picture.

California’s San Bernardino is where Theodore was born. At the age of 17, Theodore performed as Cinderella in a summer youth theatre musical performance in San Bernardino.

She represented her hometown as Miss Bicentennial the following year in recognition of the 200th anniversary of the United States. Prior to moving west to Los Angeles in July 1976 to pursue an acting career, she spent a year in college.

She opened up about the trauma she had while living with Hefner in 2021 in the A&E Network documentary series Secrets of Playboy. She said that Hefner liked snuff movies and bestiality.
