Tamar Braxton dug really deep during an appearance on the Tamron Hall Show this week. The R&B diva opened up about her suicide attempt and the devastating split from her ex-fiancé, David Adefeso.

People, who watched the interview, got some frank and real talk from the mother of one who seems determined to use her dark experience to help others heal and get better. This might be her new calling

Vincent Herbert’s ex-wife explained: “I didn’t want to be an example of a family that fights and argues and always has turmoil. That’s just not the show that I created. I created the Braxton Family Values because I wanted to be an example.”

She continued: “I wouldn’t go as far as to say I’m estranged from all of my family. I have their love. I know my family loves me.”

Tamar is also pushing the same kind of message on social media. She wrote on Instagram: “And remember when they ask you… how are you?….no Matter what’s going on….. you are GOOD‼️‼️‼️ you are STILL here❤️✨ #stayunderconstruction.”
