Squid Game: The Challenge Star Jada Sasha loves nothing better than soaking up the sun at the Jersey Shore. Sasha shared pictures of herself having fun at the beach, wearing a hot pink swimsuit and blue bandana. Another picture showed the reality contestant posing with a huge group of friends. "Nothing like a Jersey summer 🫶🏽," she captioned the post. "Pretty in pink," a fan commented. Here's how Sasha stays in Squid Game shape.

Sasha enjoys Mediterranean food, especially healthy fresh salads. "At its core, the Mediterranean diet is a plant-based diet that focuses on lean meats, like poultry and fish, fruits and vegetables, whole grains, nuts, legumes and heart-healthy fats, especially olive oil," says Jennifer Oikarinen, registered dietitian with Banner Estrella Medical Center in Phoenix. "Although it puts limits on red meat, added sugar, refined carbs and other processed foods, what many people love about the Mediterranean diet is it emphasizes more what to eat, instead of everything you can't."

Sasha never hits the beach without her sunscreen. "For day-to-day use, pick a sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30," says dermatologist Anna Lien-Lun Chien, MD. "If you spend time outdoors, choose a product with SPF 60 or greater. In reality, most people do not use as much sunscreen as they should, and this higher SPF helps compensate for the reduced application."

Sasha calls the ocean her "happy place". "Every time I go for a swim I feel like the earth and my incredible swim colleagues have enabled me to have experienced something pretty amazing," says Dr Jenny Martin, a physician and clinical pharmacologist at the University of Newcastle. "For some people, 20 minutes in the ocean also gives a bit of UV light exposure, which we know makes you feel better … or [it could just be] the exercise itself, or people getting out and socializing, all of which have health benefits."

Sasha loves traveling to far-flung locations at a moment's notice. "Traveling for pleasure can contribute to subjective well-being because people have more opportunities to detach from their work environment, to experience new things, and to control what they want to do during vacations," says Paul Simeone, PhD, Vice President and Medical Director of Behavioral Health with Lee Health. "There's ample research to support that positive travel experiences can make a person healthier, can strengthen their relationships, and benefits their overall wellness."

Sasha enjoys drinking wine in moderation. "The resveratrol in red wine comes from the skin of grapes used to make wine," says the Mayo Clinic. "Simply eating grapes or drinking grape juice might be a way to get resveratrol without drinking alcohol.
