Between 1994 and 2001, Theodora attended the all-girls residential school Woldingham School, which is located in Surrey, England. Theodora attended Northeastern University in Boston and Brown University before taking a gap year at St Philip’s College in Alice Springs, Australia.

On May 28, 2006, she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts from Brown University. She then enrolled in graduate programs at Central Saint Martins College of Art & Design.
