Mr. Franklin is most known for his performances as Lieutenant Commander Tuvok on Star Trek: Voyager, as Frank on Samantha Who?, and as Principal Franklin on the Nickelodeon live-action adolescent comedy iCarly. He has also appeared in a number of short films.
