He played in the 2007 US Mid Amateur at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort. He also appeared at the Pacific Northwest Men’s Amateur Championship reaching the last 16.
Tucker spent four years in the U.S Air force, and also worked as a security officer for the U.S States Department before commencing his career as a caddie.
Tucker started caddying for Bryson DeChambeau at the 2016 Memorial tournament and continued to do so until the middle of 2017, switching caddies to Micah Fugitt before reuniting with Tucker in early 2018.
However, DeChambeau and 54-year-old Tucker departed in 2021.
