He represents Tampa Bay Bandits of the United States Football League as its Head Coach and General Manager.

Similarly, Todd previously worked for New York Jets, Chicago Bears, and Dallas Cowboys as the wide receivers coach. Likewise, he was the offensive coordinator of the Arizona Cardinals (2007-2008), Pittsburgh Steelers (2012-2017), and Cleveland Brown (2018). The USFL will start on 16 April 2022 with eight teams. On 6 January 2022, the professional American football league announced its first four head coaches, Kevin Sumlin, Mike Riley, Bart Andrus, and Todd. As for the other four, their identity remains undisclosed.

Fox Sports has a minority equity stake in the new USFL’s owner company. NBC will serve as its official broadcast partner.
