For Vaani, it all boils down to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. "Holistic lifestyle has been a part and parcel of my life even before I made my debut in Bollywood. I have always wanted to lead a healthy lifestyle and working out and eating right was always a top priority for me. I want to build something of my own in the health and nutrition space in the coming years and I have been researching the same for years now," she told Times of India. 

In 2019 Vaani's trainer shared a workout video of the star prepping for her role in War. Her workout was no joke and involved lots of weight and strength training with kettlebells, weights, lunges, jumps, step-ups, squats, and medicine balls. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

What is Vaani's stay-fit secret? "I push myself to work out and "try" to eat in moderation," she told Times of India. 

Vaani does a lot of yoga! To prep for her movie Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff she even took up aerial yoga. "Sometimes the world is better upside down," she captioned one image of herself striking a pose. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

Vaani is a "foodie to the core" and allows herself to indulge on occasion. "Cheesecakes and Chocolates!" she told Times of India about her cheat foods. "They may be loaded with calories but I simply cannot do without them. And yes, they are my secret indulgence."
