Viktoria Varga, wife of ex-Southampton striker Graziano Pelle, is currently in Saadiyat Island, and is making sure to spend time at the beach. She shared a new set of photos from the trip this week, where she wore a pale yellow bathing suit. She captioned the post, "The beach is not always a place, sometimes it's a feeling." Varga does a lot of traveling. And she makes sure to stay in shape when she's on the road. She shared this video on Instagram of herself working out on vacation. In it, she is seen doing lunge squats and curls with weights. She captioned it, "A vacation is meant to be enjoyed – so I eat whatever I want. But to make sure I stay in shape I do a bit of activity every day. For example: swimming, kayaking, beach tennis or simply a nice walk on the beach and a few exercises afterward."

Varga uses different pieces of workout equipment to stay in shape. One thing she enjoys using is a resistance band. In this video, she is seen doing opposite arm and leg extensions, and bridge raises with butterflies with the band. In this video, Varga does standing back leg lifts and pulses, and donkey kicks with the band. 

Varga makes sure to workout her legs. She shares a lot of lower body exercises on Instagram. Varga posted this set of videos of herself doing lower body exercises at home. In them, she is seen doing lunge squats, lunge squat pulses with her foot balanced on a chair, bridge raises with a knee cross, and squats while bending forward. She captioned the post, "Home workout. Glutes/legs."

Varga likes to circuit train to stay in shape. She shared this at-home circuit on Instagram. In it, Varga is seen doing step-out squats, butterflies in a squat, knee lifts in a bridge, and scissor kicks. She captioned the post, "Simple yet effective home workouts. 4 rounds of 30" per exercise with 20" recovery. Simple but effective exercises to do at home. Complete 4 rounds 30 sec. work, 20 sec. rest."

Varga and her husband, Graziano Pelle, like to workout together. Sometimes they will do couple's exercises. While in quarantine, they tried out some couple's exercise challenges on social media. Varga shared this video on Instagram of them doing a bicycle exercise with her on top of him. She captioned it, "Found some fun videos of those good old lockdown days. I miss my quarantine buddy."
