Parida is fifty-eight-year-old, he is an Odia film actor and theatre artist. He was found hanging dead in his residence in the Prachi Vihar area of Bhubaneswar on Friday, June 24, 2022, according to police reports.

His family members contacted law enforcement after they found him hanging from the ceiling of his room in the early hours of the day. Parida is survived by his wife and two daughters.

Several reports claim he had sent goodbye messages to both his wife and two daughters earlier in the day but they could not immediately save him.

Initial evidence suggests it is a suicide case but further investigation is underway to examine the actual cause of death without ruling out any possibilities. The body will be sent for medical examinations and an autopsy.
