BTS 5th Muster: Magic Shop is BTS’s 5th Muster fan club event. It will take place from June 15, 2019 to June 23, 2019.

For this event, BTS “musters” their troops (aka ARMY) for what can be described as a fan meeting combined with a concert. Whereas FESTA is a virtual event dedicated to BTS, Muster is an in-person event for ARMY. Each Muster comes with a new, unique theme. Last year’s Muster was inspired by BTS’s song “Magic Shop”, as seen in this teaser image.

On June 13 and 14, BTS held the “BTS 2021 Muster Sowoozoo” to celebrate their eighth debut anniversary. “Muster” (which means an assembly of troops) is the term for BTS’s fan meetings. This year’s event showcased extravagant and diverse stages with live performances outdoors, covering a total of 15 songs.

What is a BTS muster?

In summary, a BTS Muster is basically a BTS concert with added fun activities and interaction with and for fans.

The 2019 BTS Muster will be their fifth one since debut; it is titled, Magic Shop, and will be held on June 15th – 16th and June 22nd – 23 rd – Two days in two different locations.

June every year, the members celebrate Festa, which is a month long celebration of their debut. They would release free songs, do broadcasts, and release a lot of contents during this month. Which they will, usually, perfom during a BTS Muster. Plus other more fanservice-y contents they usually do not do at concert.

What is the setlist for Muster?

The setlist for Muster concerts is a mix of the old and new. Some of the songs have never been performed during BTS’s tours, or if they have been, it was years ago. This makes Muster an ideal time for new fans to get to know the old BTS, and for old fans to relive their favorite eras.

The number of Muster concerts has increased over the years. The first and second Musters consisted of one concert in Seoul, whereas the third and fourth Musters had two concerts each. BTS’s 5th Muster had a total of four concerts, held on June 15-16, and June 22-23 in 2019.
