Ohio’s Cleveland (WOIO) – According to Bay Village police, 19 News meteorologist Jon Loufman was ambushed and brutally beaten in his home on July 9.

Since the attack, Loufman has been receiving medical care, and the police said that he was in a stable condition.

Officers detained Daniel Loufman, Loufman’s son.

He is currently being jailed on a $1 million bond after being accused of felonious assault.

In connection with the inquiry, Julia Loufman, Jon’s wife, was also detained and is now facing charges of obstructing justice.

The bond for her detention is $30,000.

Both Julia and Daniel Loufman entered not-guilty pleas when they were arraigned in Rocky River municipal court this afternoon via video.
