Yasmine Amanda Bleeth was born on June 14, 1968, in New York City. She appeared in a “No More Tears” Johnson & Johnson commercial when she was just 10 months old. At six she was on an episode of “Candid Camera”. Around this time she also appeared in print ads for Max Factor cosmetics. In her pre-teen years she began appearing in films, television shows and more commercials. At 16 she landed a role on the soap opera “Ryan’s Hope”, a role that lasted four years, from 1985 to 1989. In 1991 she landed another soap part, this time a two-year stint on “One Life to Live”.

It was in 1993 that she landed the role of Caroline Holden on “Baywatch” and rocketed to international stardom. The role earned her spots on many “Most Beautiful” lists for many years in a row.

She parlayed her stardom into a respectable film and TV career that included, notably, the 1998 comedy BASEketball, and the 2000 short-lived Aaron Spelling TV show Titans.

Unfortunately Yasmine has had her fair share of personal struggles. She was arrested in 2001 and and charged with cocaine possession. She pleaded guilty a year later and was sentenced to parole and community service.

As of this writing, Yasmine’s last television appearance was the 2003 TV movie “Baywatch: Hawaiian Wedding”, which brought together many former co-stars including David Hasselhoff, Pamela Anderson and Jeremy Jackson, among others.

She has since stayed away from acting and off drugs, spending her time with her ex-addict husband, Paul Cerrito, at their homes in Arizona and Los Angeles. The two met at the Malibu rehab facility Promises and married in August 2002.
