Zoe makes sure to get her beauty sleep. She told Her World in 2017 that after a long day of filming, she tries to get as much sleep as possible, explaining that "sleep is very important for us (actors and actresses)". According to the Sleep Foundation, getting enough z's is a mood booster, promotes heart health, regulates blood sugar, improves mental function, restores your immune system, helps relieve stress, and aids in weight loss. 

According to Zoe's costar, Cavin Soh, she not only hydrates, but adds gems to her water. "She drinks crystal water," he told CNA Lifestyle. "She says she pours water (into a cup containing a crystal) and five minutes later, it's ready to drink." According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

It might come as a surprise, but Zoe didn't exercise for most of her life, until she started experiencing back pain. "The doctor told me that the pain was caused by wear and tear in the bones of my spine due to ageing. He told me to have enough rest. I didn't have the habit of exercising regularly before, but I've since made it one of my priorities," she revealed to 8 Days.

In the winter, Zoe hits the slopes. Research has linked downhill skiing to a number of health benefits. Zoe enjoys walking. "Walking into nature is a very pleasant thing," she wrote in a recent post.
