Brooke loves getting outside and taking a hike. "Morning hikes are fun," she captioned a recent Instagram post. "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.
Brooke also enjoys playing tennis. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.
Does Brooke read comments from her followers? "Oh yes, I definitely do! I used to respond a lot more and then after a while, you realize that it isn't worth it. There are so many more positive comments than negative ones," she told The Teen Magazine. So sometimes I get particularly frustrated, and I'll type out a long response, but then I remind myself, 'Just put your phone down! Come back in 10 minutes and let it go, it's not worth it.' Usually, I'm the bigger person! But some days… I'm like 'You know what, you're going to get it today!'"
Brooke grew up in a conservative Christian family and often ties the bible into her posts. Her Instagram profile mentions 1 Corinthians 13: 1-7: "Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth."
As a TikTok star, Brooke spends a lot of time perfecting her dance moves. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons.
