Richard Marx’s wife was born in Havana, Cuba on 17th November 1966. At the age of 3, Daisy along with her family emigrated from Cuba to Spain and further moved to the United States where they have their abode in New Jersey. She has a sister named Rosana Fuentes Brijbag who resides with her family in Miami. She is an alumna of Harrison High School where she graduated from in 1984.

Following her passion to become a hairdresser, Daisy Fuentes studied cosmetology before enrolling at Bergen Community College located in Bergen County, New Jersey where she studied Communications.
