On August 19, 1997, running back Darrell Henderson Jr. was born. He is a member of the Los Angeles Rams of the National Football League. (NFL). He was chosen by the Rams in the third round of the 2019 NFL Draft out of Memphis, where he played college football.

Henderson studied at Batesville, Mississippi’s South Panola High School. During his high school football career, he rushed for 5,801 yards and 68 touchdowns. To play college football at the University of Memphis, he committed.

Henderson was placed on injured reserve on December 28, 2019. He finished the season with 39 carries for 147 rushing yards, no touchdowns, and four receptions for 37 yards after playing in 13 games.

He had his first career rushing touchdown and 81 yards on 12 runs in Week 2’s 37-19 victory over the Philadelphia Eagles. He had 20 touches for 114 rushing yards and one rushing touchdown in Week 3’s 35-32 loss to the Buffalo Bills.

Henderson sustained a high ankle injury in Week 16, and on December 29, 2020, he was put on injured reserve. With 624 running yards, five rushing touchdowns, 16 receptions for 159 yards, and one receiving score across 15 games and 11 starts, he concluded the season as the Rams’ second-leading rusher.
