Chappelle Small Animal Hospital Veterinarian Dr. Tracy Tate of Fort Collins, Colorado has sadly passed away.

He died on Saturday 6th May 2025 leaving her family and loved devastated. She was announced dead on Wednesday in a Facebook post that says “It is with very heavy hearts that this weekend we said goodbye to arn amazing doctor and even better person”.

The circumstances surrounding the cause of his death has not been released. Dr. Tracy Tate Career Over the course of his more than 26 years with the Ohappelle family, Dr. Tate was always inspiring our team with innovative concepts and cutting-edge medical research.

He was always ready to assist with anxious patients and was always prepared with treats to help caln them down. He was always willing to help.
