Dua Lipa is waking up her fans in a major way! The Levitating singer shared some sultry photos of herself posing in a hot pink latex swimsuit on Friday. Dua keeps her workout short but intense. She explained to Vogue that she maximizes sessions by doing 15-minute intervals of mountain climbers, jumping jacks, and burpees. "It's high-intensity interval training, but it's so quick, it's over before it's even started!" she said. "I'm still trying to see what my boundaries are and how far I can push myself and when I need to rest."

Dua makes sure to get a workout in, even while on the road. "When you're on a tour bus, every day and every place is different, so you never know what you're going to find. That's always one way to keep it interesting," she told Marie Claire.

Lipa is a fighter! "I love boxing in my spare time. I like doing it for fitness [and] I like doing it just to kinda clear my mind. I really enjoy it. I like that it's definitely a full body workout. Since starting boxing I've probably been in the best shape ever. It's also a great stress reliever," she told BeautyCrew.com. 

Dua keeps her abs flat by doing tons of core work. "I think different variations of crunches like bicycle crunches are good. Leg raises are also great unless my back hurts. Planks are good although almost certainly my least favourite!" she said. 

Dua allows herself to indulge on occasion. "I try and stay as healthy as possible whenever I can," she dished to The Urban List."I'm never one to stop myself having treats, I do love naughty treats. "I love cooking and being surrounded by my favorite people, though I also love ordering from the fantastic restaurants in my area," she revealed in an essay for Refinery29 during the pandemic. "With all the running around I do for work, it's nice to come home, slow down, and connect with the food that nourishes my body and life."

"My friends and I will wake up and set [up] a FaceTime date and do a workout together," she told Vogue. "It almost feels as though we're all doing it in the same place. That brings a little bit of normality and in some way makes things easier for sure."
