At the scene, they found Kaleb Mccall, a 17-year-old who had been involved in a fight and tragically succumbed to life-threatening injuries inflicted by another unidentified teenager. Sycamore Fire Department’s swift response transported Kaleb to Northwestern Medicine Kishwaukee Hospital, where he later passed away.
