Noah Thompson is everywhere on the internet due to the tremendous feat he has clinched a few hours ago. He is the new champion and winner of this year’s American Idol.

It is actually a dream come true for the 22-year man who had never been on a plane until his Idol auditions in Austin.

According to him, he felt quite numb while eating his pizza in his car while waiting for the winner to be announced.

And when he was finally crowned, he was absolutely dumbfounded because he knew how the competition was and knew it could have gone either way. I couldn’t believe it was me. Noah added.

Thompson says he lived a simple life before American Idol, working in construction and raising his 1-year-old son, Walker. He ended up on the show against his will after his coworker Arthur signed him up without telling him.
