Piquet loves to swim. She shares a lot of photos on Instagram of herself spending time in the water. She shared this photo of herself and her daughter having a pool day in Monte Carlo. There are now far too many vicious things circulating that are utterly unacceptable. I'd like to remind people that I am still a human being and have my rights. Circulating rumours, photoshopping images, spreading hate, fabricating completely false stories and messaging friends and family will never be acceptable."

In it, Piquet is seen doing leg workouts like squat jumps with TRX cables, leg curls with rings, and tricep dips. She is seen doing ab exercises like v-sit crunches, and arm exercises like lifting a weighted ball.
