Sebastian Stan has co-starred with Gwyneth Paltrow in at least three different Marvel Universe movies and yet, it seems like every time they see each other again, it’s like their first meeting as far as the actress is concerned. The Bucky Barnes actor joked that despite working together on more than one occasion, Paltrow, who plays Pepper Potts, still doesn’t know who he is!

After running into her at Valentino Couture Show in Paris, Sebastian took to social media to write: ‘[….] glad I got to reintroduce myself to @gwynethpaltrow for the third time. We are in the same film… [shrug emoji].’

Surely, it’s nothing personal since this would not be the first time the actress forgets about a co-star, or even about films she worked on!

For instance, while on Jon Favreau’s Netflix show, The Chef Show, not too long ago, Gwyneth hilariously forgot all about her small role in Spider-Man: Homecoming.

Jon asked her: ‘Remember we were in Spider-Man?’

‘We weren’t in Spider-Man,’ the star denied, confused.

A funny back and forth followed with Gwyneth telling Jon that she knew she was in Avengers but never any of the Spider-Man movies.

‘Remember, Spider-Man at the end, and Tom Holland’s there and you’re gonna walk out and do a press conference?’ Jon asked, providing more detail about the scene, helping her recall.

The problem is, she knew the scene but did not even realize it was part of Homecoming!

‘Oh yes. That was Spider-Man? Oh my God!’ Gwyneth reacted, surprised.

It’s safe to say that Tom Holland, who plays Spider-Man, was even more hurt than Sebastian!

During an interview for PopSugar, he admitted that ‘still to this day [it] breaks my heart’ that she does not remember him.
